Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work. Everything has been finished to a great standard and we are thrilled with our house which has been completely transformed. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so and hopefully have them back in future. Amazing how quickly our problem was solved. Very reasonable rate, job finished within an hour and and a half. No mess, Jim took away all the rubbish and swept the entire area. Strongly recommend The Bromley Carpenter and will in fact be using his expertise shortly on another job.

Adrian produced (1) a shelving solution for our basement (2) shoe and coat storage in our hallway (3) utility room storage for a washer and dryer and (4) a radiator cover. Everything was done to an extremely high standard. Adrian was cost competitive and a pleasure to deal with, always leaving the house impeccably tidy and even fitting in some odd jobs that were not part of the main work. Would highly recommend.

Disgusting behaviour by Rich. Confirmed the job for today 16/06/26. Saw his van loiter outside looking for parking. Then he left without even informing me. Messaged him a bit later and he said he couldn't find parking and went to another job (presumably more money). Had he asked me he could have parked in a driveway a few doors down. I'm self employed as well and have lost out on a days wage due to this. What a complete inconsiderate! Edit: in reply to Rich that I didn't provide adequate parking, the thing is he didn't even call to ask me he just left. Had he asked me I would have said to him to park in my brother's drive just a few houses across. Such a dishonest person I wonder how he would feel if someone booked him for the day then cancelled on the morning for no reason. I also accepted Rich's first quote of the job not like I even haggled or anything. Not a nice person!

Have commissioned design and landscaping of the front and back gardens. Work took longer than initially planned due to unexpected delays while installing the fence and a few mistakes in ordering the wrong type of paving stones and gravel by the contractor. The entire process had to be closely supervised and guided as the contractor didn’t particularly display great knowledge of actual landscaping and/or garden design. We had to commission garden design on Etsy at extra cost. To sum up, good at heavy duty jobs and not on fine tuning and attention to detail. Contractor advised on further plant and gardening services of another contractor, again extra cost. We were displeased with the amount of debris left after smashing concrete foundations in the back garden. As a result, the soil was not at all ready for planting and we had to spend entire bank holiday weekend fine combing and preparing the area to lay topsoil. Flower beds borders have shifted a week after installation. Not impressed!
