Very intealiable always something happening to delay him. Absolutely terrible cuts on the LVT broke my uovc trim on the doors was supposed to come back to complete on Sunday but he messaged at 2.27am to say that wasn’t happening due to “ingesting toxic fluids!” Don’t use this guy terrible work ethics whilst he was here was constantly in the phone left a gap in the flirting and never completed. Never heard from him again.

Provided a very reasonable quote and went beyond what was included to help me with some mistakes I had made in materials ordered etc. The job itself was perfect, Costa is a perfectionist and the quality of work was brilliant. He also cleaned the area afterward and left no mess. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend Costa, and use him again for any jobs I may need.

After a rogue builder left me with 18 (eighteen) structural issues. Lez and his crew came in transformed my failed extension into a masterpiece. All aspects of the job was done to the highest quality and utmost care and attention to detail was shown to building control needs. They cleaned up after every day and made sure the house was habitable, as I had to live there. Every aspect of the build, from the carpentry, plastering and tiling was first class and their recommend electrician and plumbers were from the same stock. Total professionals. My only regret is that I did not use this builder the first time. The prices were reasonable and even building control had good word to say about their work. Thanks Lez
