I was very lucky to find Cornel for my building work. His team were extremely hard working, efficient and respectful and the work was done very quickly and to a high standard. Most estimates for the build time were between 8 and 10 weeks - my work was fully complete in 6 weeks. Building control passed all stages of the work without any issues. He is equally proficient at the plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling and decorating as the heavy building work, even restoring my garden so that it looked better than it did before the build. I am in a conservation area with close neighbours on all sides and Cornel minimised the disruption as much as possible and made efforts to keep everyone happy. His attitude to overcome problems and make sure that in the end you are a happy client drives his approach to the work. I had 10 builders quote for the job and Cornels quote was very competitive and the final costs were exactly as we had agreed. I had spoken to a number of his previous clients before going ahead and they were all very impressed with his work and had good experiences. It can be a difficult decision to choose a builder if you have no previous experience and given the potential for things to go wrong - but we made the right choice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cornel and his team.

I was very impressed with the workmanship from Ionut Breban! I was keen to have someone who knows what they are doing to plaster the 3 kitchen walls and get them ready for painting. It wasn’t a straightforward job as the walls were in bad shape and the crumbling old plaster needed to be scraped to the bare bricks! This caused me a bit of anxiety about how it would turn out! I take my hat off to Ionut and he rectified the problems with confidence! I look at the walls now and it brings a smile to my face! Thanks Ionut for the amazing transformation of my kitchen walls which are now ready for painting! I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires any plastering done! I cannot recommend Adam and Harrison highly enough. They were professional and helpful from start to finish and an absolute delight to have around. They both worked incredibly hard and my husband and I are absolutely delighted with the finished product. They ripped out our aged, rotting decking, broken garden fence, gate and decaying brickwork and laid us a beautiful new patio, pergola, fence and gate. They had to solve various logistical problems along the way and always did so willingly, helpfully and with a smile. As a result of their hard work, for the first time, we have been able to enjoy our garden as a family. We will definitely be in touch with them next year for the next stage of our garden project! Ionut did a great job of removing and bricking up an old window and rendering the outside and skimming the inside. Work was complete quickly, too a high standard and the price was fair. Would happily employ again. He was very kind and even did some extra work free of charge without me asking but he saw it needed doing!
