Very pleased with the front door installation Stan and his father did at my house. They arrived at the agreed time to give a quote and really impressed me with their knowledge and pleasant manner. Their quote was very competitive and I trusted they would do a good job. I appreciated that they provided a very detailed, descriptive quote on MyBuilder - I felt reassured that we had a very clear agreement of what would be done. When they came to do the installation, they were friendly, tidy and worked efficiently. The quality of their work was very high. During the work, they always made sure I was happy with decisions relating to the job before proceeding, which I really appreciated. They tidied up well and did an excellent job making good the internal wall after the installation. Highly recommended.

Franc and his team built a new decking area for us at the back of the garden and we’re really happy with how it came out. The old area was uneven and wasn’t really being used, so they helped us work out the best layout and talked us through the options before starting. The team were friendly, arrived when they said they would and kept the house safe for the kids throughout the job. The decking feels solid, the finish is neat and they took their time with the edges and smaller details rather than rushing it. They also cleared everything away afterwards and left the garden tidy, which we really appreciated. Would definitely use Franc again and happy to recommend them for decking or other landscaping work.

Initial pre-job information was promptly and fully supplied. Helpful answers were given to any questions I subsequently raised. As for the actual job, Luke and Easton were punctual, polite, hard-working and professional. They did a great job (the trellis they replaced is solid and well fixed; the concrete fence spurs are positioned perfectly). They left the garden tidy and clean. They dealt flexibly with a glitch to do with fixing the trellis. No hassle at all. I recommend them highly.
