I had a front door at a rented house that was warping in the summer heat and humidity. Brad advised me on which door to replace it with, went over while the new door was on order to shave off the warped door so our tenants could get in and out, advised on paint, and coordinated with our tenants to set a time for installation. He then went ahead and did the job, solidly and without any fuss. Highly recommended.

Words cannot express how overjoyed I am at the quality work John and his team did in my garden. They installed fencing, gate, slabs (Raj Green Indian sandstone) and fake grass. John came a gave me a quote which we agreed on. His prices are very reasonable in comparison to the other quotes I got. He and his team are very friendly and easy to talk to. He was professional and worked extremely hard at getting the job completed to a high standard. He was clean and even did extra by putting wood over my neighbours fence. Every morning they arrived on time. All rubbish was cleared away and taken to the dump. When I needed an extra panel of fencing he drove to Kent to try and find the same one. He and his team stayed on the job until it was completed. He constantly checked that I was happy with what they were doing and explained things as they went along. He suggested that I look at the sandstone at the local builders yard, as he wanted me to be happy with the colour. Once everything was finished he cleared up and moved my large plant pots back into the garden and even put up a little plaque on my fence. I am so looking forward to using my garden!! I am hoping to use John again and my neighbours have commented on how beautiful my garden is and congrats on such an excellent job. I wish I could post a photo. I hired George and Andrei to refurbish a difficult and a severely damaged wooden and block wall of a living room in one of my rental properties, they both showed great competence and commitment in getting the job done in timely and efficient manner. They are honest, professional, went above and beyond to deliver a great result on a tight budget and fair charge. I’m also amazed about their knowledge in many aspects of building work (carpentry, interior decor, painting, plumbing, tiling etc). I hired Nguyen to tile the bathroom and put pvc ceiling. He did a great job overall on both. Towards the end of the job I asked if he could fit a sink and do vinyl flooring on the bathroom and toilet. Unfortunately the flooring was not done properly. He also quoted the tiling would be done in a week max but it did take longer now that's not a huge issue because he did a great job on the tiling so it was worth the wait. He fitted the sink really well. The flooring was just a let down. But I would recommend Nguyen for the tiling, he was also polite and friendly and quoted a good price. Also there was a part of the tiling I preferred in a different way and Nguyen was happy to fix it so that was nice. Overall good experience.
