The quality of the turfing work itself was good, and I'm pleased with the overall appearance of the lawn. The team was professional and worked efficiently while they were here. However, I have to lower my rating because there were a few finishing items that were meant to be completed, and despite saying they would return, they never did. It's disappointing to have to chase up work that should have been finished as agreed. Overall, the main job was completed to a good standard, but the lack of follow-up and aftercare means I can't give a higher rating.

The previous installation was done poorly and wasn't functioning properly, but Doda came in, ripped out the old system, and installed a brand-new, heavy-duty Aco drainage system. He was reliable, hard-working, and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to groundworks. The quality of the fit and finish is excellent. Bogdan was efficient and professional. He did the few jobs that needed doing straight away and for a very competitive price. He was flexible around when I could be at home and kept me updated with when and what he was planning to do and took away all the rubbish and tidied after himself once the jobs were done. Everything was completed in the time he had set and to a good level.
