A big mistake in hiring these people. Lucky for me I hired someone else for the landscaping, but I did hire Ponari to do some handy work as the person who owns it, complained they had to pay MyBuilder to quote for my job. The handy work which consisted of some assembling of items cost £75. He said he wasn't able to hook up my washing machine (I had just moved homes) but got someone else to whom he claims was a plumber. It cost me £25. This cowboy hooked up my washing machine but didn't remove a cap from a hose. This made my washing machine flood my kitchen. At the time I had no idea this was what was causing the flood. When I called Ponari, Jet said they had not done anything wrong and wouldn't be coming back to look at the machine. They refused to even come back to look at it. It's a one year old machine that was working fine until they touched it. After calling a washing machine technician it took him 2minutes to figure out what they did wrong, and I still had topay £120 for call out and labour. I asked Ponari to cover my expenses, but they pretty much told me to take a hike, claiming they had to initially had to pay MyBuilder £30 to quote for my original gardening job.

Jake and Harry did an amazing job with our front wall and fence in the rear garden. We got three quotes for the job and they were the cheapest but also came across professionally. It wasn't a straight forward job, it was was using reclaimed materials that were varying size and shapes. I was also quite particular on the look, I wanted the brickwork to match our house, they took care to match the pointing and bricks but offered advice on how we could save money whist still getting the look we wanted. They arrived everyday on time, they were reliable, honest and extremely hardworking. They also kept us in the loop throughout the work making sure we were going to be happy with the end result. I have already recommended them to friends and will use them again for our next project. Thumbs up from us!
