Absolutely blown away with the transformation of my small garden! From start to finish, the team were professional, hardworking, and paid incredible attention to detail. The new fencing has completely changed the look and privacy of the space — solid, perfectly aligned, and finished to a really high standard. The paving work is equally impressive. What was once a tired and uneven area has now been transformed into a modern, clean, and stylish outdoor space that I now can actually enjoy and use properly. The finish was outstanding and everything was left spotless afterwards. Communication throughout the project was excellent, timelines were met, and the quality of workmanship really speaks for itself. We’ve already had so many compliments from neighbours and visitors. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A fantastic job from start to finish and all this was achieved in only 2 days!!

Elvis' communication was great- think he actually managed to start within 24hrs (time was a big factor for us to get the house on the market), he tidied away his tools each night and he clearly has plenty of experience at this type of job. It’s always nerve racking to select a trades person on here that has no feedback but got Modestas to come and quote because looking at the work he has put up from a carpentry point of view he clearly knew what he was doing. After getting quotes I decided to go ahead with Modestas to construct my pitch roof and to then do the facials and soffits. I’m really happy with the work and timely manor he had it done in. He is good value for money, very tidy and will be getting him in for further work in the coming weeks. If you have him in a shortlist I would 100% recommend this guy.
