Elvis' communication was great- think he actually managed to start within 24hrs (time was a big factor for us to get the house on the market), he tidied away his tools each night and he clearly has plenty of experience at this type of job. I had a problem with a big hole near the drains where rodents were coming into the house .Francis called to discuss the job and came the next day to have look and give a quote he was polite and ran through exactly what work would be required , we agreed on a day and he and his team arrived promptly . Francis was very good on keeping me informed and updated about arrival times and the job and if I had any problems he would be happy to come back. Am very pleased with the job they did and would definitely use again.
