Luca and his team were superb all the way through and handled the job brilliantly. From the initial quote, Luca was warm and friendly and gave me every confidence in the project. My precise needs and requirements were evaluated before anything happened, and Luca came up with some great ideas to maximise the result of the build. The whole process was smooth from start to finish with regular updates on progress. The final result was outstanding, I couldn't be any happier! Excellent quality workmanship and nothing was too much trouble. Luca's team are so good to work with, Walter was an absolute pleasure and was incredibly kind and respectful (I have a young daughter and nothing noisy was done during nap times!). Dean has done an amazing job re-flooring the ground floor of our property (about 50m2). He completed the job in just under 4 days and did the work to very high standards. Dean came early in the mornings to allow my 4 year old to watch him work, he was a pleasure to be around, very courteous and always kept his word. He gave us a quote which was much lower than other flooring companies. I would highly recommend Dean. We love our new wooden floor, it's elegant and looks stunning.
