Jeremy was very proactive and friendly, but ultimately didn't do as good a job as I would have expected. The brief was clear (I wanted the entire area turned over and prepared for planting) and he estimated 2 days' work. His estimate was off but instead of communicating this (and possibly re-negotiating fees) he handed over a half-finished job. While everything looked great at first glance, I still find large bricks, slabs and other debris less than 10 inches below the surface which makes planting anything into the flower borders an absolute pain. When I complained Jeremy did refund 10% of the job costs but ultimately I would have preferred a better quality of work and as a result would not chose to hire Jeremy again.

Ionut did a great job of removing and bricking up an old window and rendering the outside and skimming the inside. Work was complete quickly, too a high standard and the price was fair. Would happily employ again. He was very kind and even did some extra work free of charge without me asking but he saw it needed doing!
