Pat carried out structural works adapting an existing extension to take new bifold doors and knock through wall with steel above for a kitchen. He was very helpful, worked very hard and supported in getting calculations done as well as alter the steelwork design which made it more suitable and compliant with building control requirements. Would certainly use PMC again.

The previous installation was done poorly and wasn't functioning properly, but Doda came in, ripped out the old system, and installed a brand-new, heavy-duty Aco drainage system. He was reliable, hard-working, and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to groundworks. The quality of the fit and finish is excellent. Stephen did a superb, thorough job fitting decking to my outdoor patio of 10m2, and removing all the old paving slabs. He took his time to construct a solid, even frame for the decking, taking into account drainage, weed membrane and drainage gaps, and consulted me on important things like type of decking boards to use and direction to lay them, offering his guidance. I'm delighted with the end result. He worked alone, for about a week, and charged a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Stephen for carpentry work - indoor or outdoor.
