Having read the reviews and feedback I was a little hesitant, however after meeting Nick, who came to view project to build a quote I found him pleasant, professional and a nice guy. Customer service was great, every email and question I raised was answered clearly and promptly. Work was completed on schedule in regards job start time and material deliveries, job was completed quicker than schedule (a great plus point). Quality of work is good, workmen very pleasant helpful and happy to offer advice. I am really happy with the work completed and would recommend them.

I want to give this firm “-5” as they’ve been a nightmare to deal with and I will have to replace what they’ve done and have lost £2,000. They’ve been rude, unhelpful, unreliable from day one (on which they all left for the day before 11am without telling me). Terrible communication, but most painfully of all, terrible and utterly incompetent work. It would appear they haven’t done paving before and were making it up as they go along, changing style as they went and making many basic errors which other builders have since confirmed. I’ve done a lot of property projects in the past and had an expectation, which I still don’t think was unreasonable, that it would be OK to discuss with a landscape gardener how I wanted things to be before they were done, but David treated me like a pest and an inconvenience. David agreed to pay me £500 back in view of how unacceptable the work was, but has now said he won’t pay that for weeks – a final letdown after three weeks of disappointment.
