In April 2021 I had back garden new patio fitted together with two Pergola's constructed and new fence. I was impressed with the work I had seen from A1 Road Construction Ltd which I had seen via their social pages which encouraged me to ask for them to complete the work as they seemed a reparable company .This work was completed a few days missed here and there due to COVID restrictions in receiving solar lights but to be hones I feel there was a few jobs running at same time and they were jumping between projects in the end I was happy with the job until I had noticed that there had been a strip that connects the roof of the one pergola together which has been letting rain in which defeats the purpose of staying dry this has now caused the clips to pop off the hot tub due to the pressure of the rainwater falling through which has taken the enjoyment out of using hot tub as I haven't been able to use it when I would like too. I have sent a email to the company In April stating this and yet to have a reply as the second pergola there has no problems at all. On several occasions myself and my husband have contacted Nelson who I believe is the Director and this problem has yet to be resolved which feel is a simple job giving that they do high scale jobs which was another point why I hired them.I''m sad to say due to this I would not recommend.
