Having read the reviews and feedback I was a little hesitant, however after meeting Nick, who came to view project to build a quote I found him pleasant, professional and a nice guy. Customer service was great, every email and question I raised was answered clearly and promptly. Work was completed on schedule in regards job start time and material deliveries, job was completed quicker than schedule (a great plus point). Quality of work is good, workmen very pleasant helpful and happy to offer advice. I am really happy with the work completed and would recommend them.

Heera, Jagthar and team was my first personal experience with builders. Let me tell you, it was a pleasure to have them do our porch and other renovations in the house. They are so courteous, hard working and provided a great service. Firstly, I had a comprehensively written quote breaking down all of the steps required. Heera then ensured to keep me in the loop of any developments/any changes of plan required, outlining the reasons why and options, making it easy to understand and work together to completion. Their finish was to a high quality and they would always go the extra step to ensure this. Very polite and knowledgeable gentleman, did the job efficiently and professionally, excellent workmanship. It was a conservatory roof leak, he pushed and reattached the flashing, put flexible sealant. I don't suspect I'll have any more leak for the season. Thank you Dean for coming out so promptly, the charge for the work was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

I arranged to meet Lee, mid week to get quote his quotation was acceptable so we mutually agreed to meet on Saturday at site so he would clear up garden. I even rang him on Friday to confirm Saturday morning, he confirmed all was okay and he would be there 7am sharp. I waited more than 1 hour left him messages but he did not return any calls. As my tenants were moving in on very same evening I had to let them down. It caused me emarrasment and inconvience. I never had any tradesman from Mybuilder who failed to TURN up but then had the audacity to No even let you know that he was not coming and why he was not coming Total waste of time.
