Bill and his team were excellent, we had the quote within a few days of visiting and he was able to start work the very next week. Everything was kept tidy at the end of each day, his team were quick and efficient and everything is to a top standard. Bill’s communication was also excellent! He converted our garage to a playroom for our daughter and we would 100% work with complete construction again and recommend to anyone in the area!

The work Mihai and his team did for us was a Hallway redecoration that included: re-plaster walls and paint, remove carpet, refurb damaged staircase and paint, build custom storage under stairs, make good in hall closet, fix damaged floorboards, and lay new wood flooring in the hallway. Mihai was a great communicator especially in the first week as we set up quote visits and went back and forth on what the job would be. He always showed up on time (or let us know if he was running late). He was collaborative and gave knowledgable input and feedback on our ideas based on his expertise. Execution was to high standard (though we did notice this dipped a bit as the job ran over and the team had to rush). Mihai was really flexible throughout, and while we went over the 2 week estimate job time, it was due to uncovering some big un-expected issues (eg instead of skimming the walls we had to take them back to brick!). Mihai talked us through the implications of these discoveries, made recommendations on the way forward and sort out additional expertise to get it done. The entire team was so nice, polite and friendly. Overall really happy with him and his team's work!

WOW!! What can I say, Really like these guys. I had just moved into a new house with a large garden that was a complete mess. Work required was to Remove shed, decking and pergolas. Dig up all planting including Bamboo, repair the fencing and then returf and lay a pea shingle hard standing area and cut back a 40-foot conifer. Danny and his team were brilliant, the price they quoted was fair and honest and they worked their socks off to get the garden sorted prior to the Christmas Break. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this young, enthusiastic and professional team to anyone who wants to have a team in that work hard, do a great job and clean up after themselves. Absolutely first class. I will be using them again for phase 2.

The old area was uneven and wasn’t really being used, so they helped us work out the best layout and talked us through the options before starting. The team were friendly, arrived when they said they would and kept the house safe for the kids throughout the job. The decking feels solid, the finish is neat and they took their time with the edges and smaller details rather than rushing it. They also cleared everything away afterwards and left the garden tidy, which we really appreciated. Would definitely use Franc again and happy to recommend them for decking or other landscaping work.
