Our garden was an overgrown jungle! We wanted total clearance and areas created to sit and relax. Tom designed the new garden to include a bespoke pergola for climbing plants creating a shaded area, a water feature, rockery and a bricked seating area created. Very old established shrubs and trees were removed, lawns were laid, borders filled and they always cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed on time and I'm delighted with my new garden. Would highly recommend this company.

Got him to install a set of 2nd hand french doors but not happy with the finished result. He had to partly brick up a window to do this and the brickwork was very badly done. He didnt tie it into the existing bricks which I wasn't aware he wouldn't, the rows of bricks aren't in line with the existing bricks, there are gaps and bits of silicone left. When you look at the actual doors they have been installed wonky, the bottom right corner sits further into the room than any other point of the frame. I also informed him that the door catches sometimes when trying to close. . Additional, the quote he gave me said specifically it included removal of bricks, we agreed he would leave the old window/door but nothing else. On site he then said he wouldnt be taking any of the rubble/bricks with him. I informed him of all this and he agreed to come back and fix. After several weeks of hearing nothing he then turned round and said he wouldn't come back to fix this anymore unless I paid. Avoid!

We had Ibs come out to sand down all woodwork in our hallway/landing, prep and paint, also paint ceilings and walls. Ibs put a great deal of time and care into everything he did. Turned up when he said he would and worked over the weekend. We found Ibs to be a lovely guy with a great deal of care for the work that he does. Had many compliments on his work already so we will no doubt be recommending to friends and family for future work. Thanks Ibs for doing such a brilliant job!!!

I couldn’t recommend Lewis enough. This job turned into a complete landscape from start to finish. Every step of the way was explained in great detail and different options with costings provided efficiently! Lewis gave a rough timescale and delivered. The finished article is far better than we could have ever imagined. I can’t explain how much pride Lewis takes in his work and his work ethic. Long hours in wind, rain and even snow!!! Weekends were a bonus and I nothing was ever too much for Lewis. The garden was tidied after every day and he even came back a couple of days after to do another thorough clean and make sure we were happy!!! Lewis went above and beyond on this job and I can guarantee he has a customer for life here. More than happy for anyone considering using Lewis to call me or come take a look at the job themselves. Not to mention he was a whopping 20% cheaper than 4 other quotes!!!! Don’t hesitate when thinking about using Prestige as you simply won’t be disappointed.

The job itself was great. Lads really lovely and very professional and felt I could trust them. Handed over final payment before rendering on the front of garage was completed as I trusted them. Needless to say the job was never completed. Tried contacting and now being ignored. This job was done in sept/oct and as it’s used as a business it looks terrible on walking up the drive. Can’t argue the job inside as they’ve done a fantastic job, if you choose to use this company just hold on to some cash until completion.
