Great experience from start to finish - I contacted several people and nick was far and above the most professional efficient and responsive. And a realistic price. As a landlord He kept me up to date and sent photos at the end of each day and did a fantastic job. A few unexpected things were sorted straight away with no hesitation. When we had old carpeting removed, we discovered the stairs were structurally unsound. This was a real safety concern with young kids in the house. I needed someone fast. Ryan responded quickly with a clear, competitive quote and came over the same day, which gave me instant confidence. He replaced all the treads and risers, including the awkward kite winder steps, custom-laminating each one to match the irregular angles. He also fitted new spindles where a previous owner had removed them entirely, all coming in well under other quotes I'd received. He worked step-by-step so the stairs stayed accessible throughout, and was tidy, considerate and professional the whole time. The difference was night and day. Solid, creak-free stairs done in 4 days, with our carpets fitted just a week later. What could have been months of stress was sorted quickly and to a great standard. Highly recommend Swyft Services for any carpentry or staircase work.

We used Joseph to deck our garden (including digging out the previous lawn) and subsequently build a bench in to the wall and a fence on top of it. All were done to a fantastic standard by Joseph and his colleague Dan. Always arrived on time and completed work within the suggested time frame. Joseph's quote was similar to others we had, but we chose him because he seemingly had a great eye and offered some interesting stylistic advice- which we ended up following and are really happy with the results. highly recommended, thanks Joseph! tom
