HIGHLY RECOMMEND - I hired Ross at the begin of Sept to do a large area of decking & I could not be more pleased with the finished product. I had asked that the decking boards be laid with the ridges facing down, fairly unusually in the UK but Ross was more than accommodating to give it a go, he also suggested a picture frame edging which has really given the whole deck a classy finish. The job took 2 days, Ross was punctual, professional & friendly, a neat & tidy worker and all at a good price. What more can I say ? I LOVE my deck,it looks absolutely marvelous & has completely transformed my garden, a very happy customer, will definitely use again

I undertake carpentry and joinery jobs. BOSK is mostly workshop based for fitted furniture and bespoke pieces. However, I also take on second fix site carpentry, kitchen fitting and flooring. I have been in the trade for 14 years. Customer satisfaction always the top priority. Kindly avoid shortlisting if you're after the cheapest quote as I take pride in the quality and finish of my work. Owen and his team have just completed a job for us. It started as a patio, but a gas emergency during their time here led to a much bigger and more demanding job, which they undertook with willingness and good humour. The patio looks superb as does the driveway which we added to the job after they arrived! The rebuilt wall and path are also done very well and were not easy for them in terms of access and complexity. The team is cheerful and good natured and they work very, very hard indeed. All the rubbish was removed and the completed work has been much admired. We recommend them with enthuism.

Can't speak highly enough of Adrian - everything done to a very good standard, costs agreed along the way as some changes were needed due to the extent of the remedial works once decking was removed to review the support structure. Any excess materials were reflected in the final quote and he went above & beyond to find the most cost effective solutions - highly recommended.

Poor attention to detail. Had to explain the job four (4!) times even though he had two other examples in the room next door. He motivated it on the grounds that his Grandmother was ill and could not focus. Tried to cut corners from originally agreed estimate by pinching a few Pounds here and there. Example: cheap hinges instead of good quality, one hinge instead of two. Left an absolute mess (indoors and outdoors) after work every day. I even had to gather his tools from all over the house and deposit them in the porch for him to collect. Job lasted longer due to short days and absences (Grandma health, Mother's birthday etc. related). In the end the job was finished by somebody else. Nice, good sense of humour, likeable lad but needs improvement of work ethic.

The works were to remove entirely all the aggressive bamboo rhizomes/roots and growth from a small, confined rear garden area ca 4m x 2m which had encroached from a neighbour, and replace with topsoil. Branden carefully scoped the work on site, and devised a safe working plan/method to reduce/eliminate risk damage could occur to the neighbour's ageing, delicate fence asset, or to the property's sensitive garden facias/walls. The works were carried out over two days on his recommendation to eliminate the risks. Branden always communicated clearly as required with myself and the owner of the property, was price very competitive and good value for money, and Branden and his co-worker worked efficiently and carefully at this awkward job.
