This is the first time I've used Opulence for plumbing work, and I would highly recommend. I had all the external waste pipes replaced on my house. Good communication from the office and from Jakk. They clearly know what they were doing, good suggestions for improvement made, very polite and professional throughout the day. The work was finished to a high standard, and thoroughly tested before they left. (Nothing leaking). I did get other quotes and pricing from Opulence was good and I do feel like I got value for money. Clean and tidy all rubbish removed. Everything they installed they explained with a good handover. He did an excellent job of making our bespoke shelving and matched the colour perfectly to our existing furniture. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Mark Saban did a splendid job and went to no end of trouble to create what was not straight forward adaptation of a threshold to bridge our doorway. I now have easy access to outside for my wheelchair. On the debit side I was what I understand to the excessive proportion of what was not an expensive job charged by My Builder as commission. I will not be inclined to use them as an agency for future projects
