They turn up on time every day monday to friday and they also offered to work the weekends to speed up the project if needed...... which i did. Dean has been truly remarkable throughout the whole process. Following the initial visit he had an excellent grasp of the project and was able to recommend the most practical approach to the works while having factored into consideration our original scope for the new garage conversion. It was very apparent from the outset Dean’s building experience and knowledge compared to other contractors (notably an excellent eye for detail). Most importantly Dean was very earnest yet competitive with his approach, his pricing was transparent and he provided a clear breakdown of the scope and project timeline which was greatly appreciated. Once agreed the job itself was undertaken in an expedient yet structured manner. Dean works very swiftly and was extremely dedicated (almost machine-like)! He was true to his word and the project was completed within the agreed timeframe, in fairness with a number of days to spare. He placed careful choice with his sub-contractors and likewise they performed in a similar manner. The end product is that we were handed a high quality downstairs bathroom / utility room with general piece of mind given the professional manner and approach to the work. Sincere thanks to Dean for his efforts, I would highly recommend him for any project, big or small!

Patrick provided a reasonable quote, and responded quickly once I shortlisted. He was very professional, polite and had excellent communication throughout. He checked with me before making any adjustments and made me aware of any issues to ensure I was fine with it. He did an excellent job installling the door, put down a cover to stop the carpet getting dirty when going up the stairs, and also cleaned up. Would highly recommend!!

Dan made a good impression from the start, and gave a very competitive and clear quote, breaking down a number of options we'd asked for. He was able to book the work in exactly when we wanted it, and worked with his assistant very swiftly getting everything done in a short space of time. They were very neat and tidy, leaving the room they'd been working in completely cleared up and furniture all moved back into place, and did a great job, exactly what we asked for. They were also pleasant and friendly and caused minimum disruption. Would definitely recommend, and will be contacting them again if we have other similar jobs needing doing.
