Excellent team overall. Dan and his team were professional, hard working and performed very well taking into account high expectations. They were able to advice and Dan also liaised well with building control, surveyors, architect, structural engineer despite the difficulties with the third parties (architect and engineer offsite) and unexpected complexity of the built. Every hurdle was dealt adequately with honest advice/ suggestions provided. We planned a simple kitchen extension but we ended remodelling and renovating the whole ground floor with major works and over-the-top structural scheme with high-spec fittings. A few things did need chasing but that is always the case. Dan and his team were easy to contact, approachable and very friendly. I had many concerns through the build and some changes in the renovations but these were dealt within reason and adequately. Team’s honest suggestions were provided and taken into consideration e.g. part of wet UFH system/porcelain tiles with joisted floor, ended up installing my preference instead of Dan’s suggestion and my choice system performed slightly below expectations (verdict is still out whether Dan’s suggestion was better off in the aftermath). I would definitely invite back to quote for further works in the house and recommend as the costings were reasonable taking into account the unexpected complexity, choice of fittings and quality of the end result.

A beautiful revamp of the tatty under stairs area in our hall, including creating a cupboard using an antique door (which we sourced) and laying solid oak flooring. It now looks like it was always part of the house, which is about 130 years old. As well as being highly skilled, Dipak was lovely to deal with - friendly, polite, calm. He and his assistant worked quietly and cleaned up carefully. They paid attention to detail and were generally very nice to have around. Highly recommended. Dipak, if you're reading this, sorry I'm only just posting a review! I thought I'd done this already and only discovered I hadn't just now when a friend asked for your details. Hope you're well.
