Many years ago, I (definately not a joiner) replaced our doors and although they did the job, what Richard has done has transformed our house. He's helped us from the moment he visited to look at the job in assessing and advising. He is very skilled and has done an amazing job on changing every door in our house. Jon did a fantastic job building my media wall frame. From the very beginning he was friendly, professional and happy to work within my budget. He took the time to explain exactly what materials were needed, answered all of my questions, and communicated clearly throughout. The workmanship is excellent – everything is straight, solid and built exactly as discussed. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and left everything tidy afterwards. As someone who isn't experienced with DIY, I really appreciated how helpful and patient he was. Excellent job completed! Tony completed the job when he said he would, for a very fair price and went the extra mile to get the job done when we hit problems. All while maintaining a smile on his face. What started as a worktop installation quickly turned into a headache. Tony wasn’t phased at all and proceeded to install our cabinet, fit the multiple oak worktops and installed a ceramic sink and hot tap (which had the wrong connectors). Tony went over and above outside of normal hours to obtain the necessary parts that were missing and came back on the weekend to finish the job. I would highly recommend Tony and will be using him again for future works within our home. Feel free to contact me for a reference.

After posting our job, Simon contacted us the next day. He inspected the job and gave us lots of advice in order for us to make an informed decision on how we wanted him to proceed. Simon gave us a very reasonable and competitive quote. We had lots of questions regarding the job which he was able to answer. After agreeing on a date for the work to commence he kept in touch. We are very pleased with the design and the installation of both the vanity unit and the wall storage unit. Simon will be returning to carry out another job for us very soon.
