He came over the the house and even helped me online to look for a sliding door that would fit my wardrobe. We could not find one so he promised that he would come over the sane time and even send me a link to help me find the appropriate door. He never came as promised and I even text him to find out if he would come. He never replied and I found this very disappointing. He was nice enough that is why I have given him the marks I have given. I was very upset at what happened and my feedback is to at least text to acknowledge you do not want to do the job anymore and would move on from there. That is understandable.

Lee was great! Service was really fast and he was super responsive over emails. He came and measured up and got the job done within about 1 week of my request! He also checked every detail with me throughout the job, such as the wood stain and the brackets. We are really pleased and will be using him again!!
