Hi, welcome to my page. I am a self employed maintenance man. I have a City and Guilds qualification in plumbing. I also have extensive experience in joinery, and cabinet making. I don't place my services under one branch as I have had over 10 years experience across the board with my professions to which shows in the work I produce.

I'm a designer and property developer by trade, bringing old disused houses back to life is my main goal. I have a portfolio of rental properties that have been fully refurbished by myself, from the initial rip out of the existing building fabric, to assisting electricians with re-wires, building partition walls, installing windows, installing new floors, plasterboarding walls and ceilings, painting and decorating, installing kitchens and bathrooms. I also went travelling for almost 2 years where I worked doing property maintenance works for people local to where we were at that time and also labouring for construction & plumbing firms.
