Based in Liss Hampshire and work in roughly a 20 mile radius. Obviously I am very experienced, but on top of that you will only deal with me. I make and fit, so will see the job through from start to finish. I only take on quality work ,so if your looking for a rough throw it in job I am not the person your looking for, but if you want a quality craftsman who is polite tidy and always on the other end of the phone if you need me then give me a try. Took my huge deposit and then breached terms of the contract. No or very poor communication and kept cancelling. Then on the day they said they would definitely do the work- they didn’t bother to even contact me to say they were not coming - I had to call them. And then I just got loads of excuses, including that they couldn’t come because it was raining! I am sure their workmanship is great - if, IF you can actually get them to do the work at all! I got my deposit back but only after leverage from my bank. After posting my initial feedback on here I was contacted by them and told how “disgusting it was to leave bad feedback”. No! It’s disgusting to treat a disabled person with no respect and not keep to the agreement.

We hired Alex for the job and it started positively. Good questions, engaged on the work and he came to site to measure up etc. However as soon as I tried to pin him down for some dates (10 days go) for the installation things broke down. I got a "I can do it in 4 weeks" and when I tried to improve on that for precision the question was ignored or my messages were ignored. When I put an ultimatum to him today on "I need to know or the work is going elsewhere" I got a "dog ate my homework excuse". In this case "my wife has COVID and I have to self isolate". Current Government guidelines are you don't have to self-isolate if you are double vaccinated. And if you aren't able to double vaccinate for some reason, then really... why have you waited so long to get in touch with your customers, especially when one of them has been chasing your for 10 days? The combination of factors don't seem credible.

Lee is an absolute gem of a tradesman. From our first meeting to outline what we were looking to try and achieve in bespoke bedroom built in wardrobes and cabinets, he came up with great plans at a very reasonable price and timeframe. He is completely trustworth and always does a full day's work. He leaves everything neat and tidy each day. His finished work was absolutely outstanding, and exactly what we had hoped it would be. Even down to the paint finish which Lee suggested would work best. Highly recommended. We have already asked him to do other work for us.
