Patrick was excellent from the outset. He communicated quickly and efficiently, promptly visited and priced the job and within days came and completed the work. He discussed all the possibilities and variety of material options and purchased everything for the job and provided receipts. The work was carried out to the highest of standards and we are delighted with the result. Patrick thoroughly cleaned up after completing the work and took away the rubbish. Dave, gave a prompt and competitive price then came to do the work promptly too. He did everything and when the job expanded a bit (to re-laminating a staircase) he went out of his way to come back and do the extra stuff, too (for extra day's pay, as arranged). A good guy.
