Shiv builders did the tiling for my bathroom. The quote was easy and done via a WhatsApp video. Price was reasonable. The job turned out to be more challenging than we first thought with uneven walls and floorboards were quite worn however they found solutions easily. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. Always left the place tidy and very polite and professional. I then had a few additional jobs round the house such as changing door handles and fitting light pendants which they happily accommodated and again did a good job. Will definitely be using them for future work.

Responsive, at all hours of the day and days of the week. Did lots of little extra jobs for me and gave good advice. He ended up replacing the entire kitchen facade to give it a makeover and it looks good. Only gripe is that the billing wasn’t that transparent where we bought new materials and I never received the paperwork for the new doors, perhaps it’s still on it’s way, I haven’t followed up. Hope to use Angel again and handy to know.

I hired George and Andrei to refurbish a difficult and a severely damaged wooden and block wall of a living room in one of my rental properties, they both showed great competence and commitment in getting the job done in timely and efficient manner. They are honest, professional, went above and beyond to deliver a great result on a tight budget and fair charge. FAST AND GOOD. Firstly, excelent communication, than, a worker with common sense, clean and caring for the things around him.He had all the tools necessary for the job especially floor protection and ladder protection, the work was done very well and he always was ready to help you with an idea about the work. The price of the work he demanded was fair. I have few more jobs for him and I hope that we will continue to collaborate. Marcelo was very responsive and accommodating, he is polite and reliable. I appreciate every interaction with prior to delivering the work. When it comes to a to the actual doing the job, I feel that he rushed it. We have 5 doors in total and he did it in one day. This came with a lot of major issues that now I need to deal with. 1/ The door handles are not at the same height. If you are someone like us who like the symmetry this will cause you nightmares. 2/ Large gaps between the door and the frame ( think he shaved a bit too much the door) 3/ Overall finish is a mess, I ll put some pictures for details. Also he left my XL painting sheet outside and it was soaking wet dirty We are also experienced DIYers, I think we could have done a better job if we weren’t being too lazy. The annoying thing is that in order to correct the above mistakes, we would need to order new doors and at least one frame. I’ll have to live with this for now but definitely something to redo in the future.
