Excellent job completed! Tony completed the job when he said he would, for a very fair price and went the extra mile to get the job done when we hit problems. All while maintaining a smile on his face. What started as a worktop installation quickly turned into a headache. Tony wasn’t phased at all and proceeded to install our cabinet, fit the multiple oak worktops and installed a ceramic sink and hot tap (which had the wrong connectors). Tony went over and above outside of normal hours to obtain the necessary parts that were missing and came back on the weekend to finish the job. I would highly recommend Tony and will be using him again for future works within our home. Feel free to contact me for a reference.

TL Joinery had done several jobs for us over the last 9 months. We originally hired them to rehang a door in our office that had been installed quite poorly by a different company. Todd arrived on time and was polite and courteous. I showed him the issues we were having with it sticking and not sitting flush and he talked me through what needed to be done. He quickly fixed the door to my satisfaction, added an insurance recommended 5 lever lock and also repaired another badly fitting door while he was here. He cleaned up after himself and made arrangements to replace us a damaged wooden panel at our home. About a week later he came and removed a damaged bath facia panel and replaced it with a modern composite one and made good the sealant. Again he turned up on time and completed the work with no fuss and cleaned up after himself. Recently he has been to repair a broken kitchen countertop and we’ve just made another appointment to look at replacing some balustrade. We have no hesitation is recommending him to others.

Tommy has fitted a mirrored wardrobe as well as built some floor to ceiling shelves in a bedroom for me, and I have to say that he has completely changed the look of (what was) a tiny room, opening it out beautifully! He arrived first thing, only stopping very briefly for a quick lunch, and left the room as tidy as it was when he arrived. I would have no reservations on highly commending him to anyone looking for a hard working, well mannered young man. A very happy customer :)

I think that Sean and the team at S.P Property Management where excellent, from the point of coming to quote for the work until the finished product. Sean arranged an appointment to come and meet me initially and quoted for the work. Once we gave him the go ahead he gave us a date for the work very quickly, he then came to B&Q with us to assist us in choosing the materials we would need. When the time came for the work to be done all materials and the skip arrived on the Friday, ready for the work to be carried out over the weekend as we requested. The team then arrived promptly on time on the Saturday morning and had the job finished by 4pm on the Sunday as promised. They even made me an additional flower bed at the front of the house with the left over sleeper which looks fantastic! I would recommend Sean and his team and they will be most certainly doing work for me again. 5/5

Mark arrived to look at the potential job and gave us a clear summary of the work involved and the cost. we accepted it and arranged a date. He turned up on time, grafted throughout the day and completed the job earlier than expected. Throughout the day, he was polite, professional and after a post work inspection, felt that he had done a decent job.
