Initial contact with Andy over the phone was just the same he is in person - friendly, professional and accommodating. Although he is based in Torquay and I live in Dolton, a distance of over 54 miles, he arrived as arranged and immediately set to work - first removing an existing heavy fire door and then installing the hardware and hanging the new one complete with new smoke seal to the door frame. So very pleased with the result and the fact that he left the house as he found it - would not have known he had been here apart from now having a lovely new door. So pleased that I am hoping to have him back to install some worktops/cupboards to the bathroom and en suite! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pro-Build Joinery Ltd. Oli made good the folly..... ...of my previous builder who walked off the job with no explanation and a hefty deposit for materials. After being let down royally by someone I thought I could trust, I had to contract a new tradesman to do the essential plastering and repair work that was left. Oli of J West & Son was that tradesman. I now have some pretty good plastered walls ready for painting, and some new coving in place of ragged holes. All should pass muster for viewings now thanks to someone reliable. Oli and Jordan, once again thanks for a lifesaving service.

I am delighted with my fitted wardrobes. Jeremy helped with all aspects of making the most of the space available in my dressing room, making really helpful suggestions for the design and functionality. Also, sourcing high quality materials, making and installing 3 double wardrobes and a large chest of draws. We had had several other quotes and designs, but Jeremy was the best price and the person I had most confidence in. Kris and Marek did a fantastic job completing three jobs for us. The main job was under the stairs building a bespoke shoe rack that pulls out, 6 draws and a closet for coats. quality of work and finish is great. nothing is to small for them. built a cupboard for my electric boxes. and a 3 tier refuge bin stand. both well built. so pleased , would recommend to anyone if you want a good job done. I thought the job looked good but I noticed the door was not shutting properly so I had another carpenter to have a look. The inside handle was higher than the one on the outside of the door. The side of the door was not plained straight and the bottom of the door was touching the floor. Nearly ended up buying a new door. This has all now been put correct but the door is not perfect because the damage has been done. My new carpenter also fitted the rest of my doors and did an amazing job.
