I was looking for a trade that could meet the job requirements and had a good attitude towards work. After having received few quotes from other trades that I was not happy at all (none of them was doing complete work and was quoting too much due to e.g. some were hiring/subcontracting other people for tiling, electrical work), I was referred to mybuilder.com by a colleague and found John and his son. Our family are very happy with the work they have just completed this week. My additional comments about John: - very reliable, honest, great work attitude - being an all round builder with many years of experience means they do all the work without relying on others which is very cost efficient/helpful and he used his own ideas/experiences to finish the work with top quality - was very responsive on the phone throughout, kept me up to date with the work plan so we could be well prepared e.g. removing old bath, toilet - kept everything tidy during and after the completion of work - 100% committed to the original quote even though they had worked extra hours

They knew exactly what to do when I sent them the requirements regarding the replacement of my door. Due to the Grenfell legislation, I was obligated by the maintenance company of my flat to change my front door to an FD30. Tony and his team were very quick to do a site visit, provide a quote and even gave me some options of which door I could choose from. The installation was very quick and the work spoke for itself. I have recommended them to other residents and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Laurence and his team were very friendly and professional, arriving promptly and working diligently in completing the job to a high standard. Even a thunderstorm of biblical proportions did not deter them from working. Highly recommend Kaylum, he ripped out the old sub-floor and fitted a new sub-floor along with new Engineered wood flooring in all of the bedrooms and hallway. Quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. His colleague then decorated all the rooms beautifully once the floor was installed - really happy with the end result.
