Tony and his Dad repaired and replaced skirting on a dining room wall and around a newly installed open fireplace and stove. In addition, on the same day they scrapped out and re-pointed an old and fast decaying chimney stack. The work on both jobs was of the highest standard and at a very competitive price. I really appreciated Tony and his Dad's work for me, whilst I had a few days off work and undertaken on what was a pretty chilly November day! This job was to point chimneys and the side elevation of our house. In reality Jim did not only the brickwork requested but also made good all the paintwork in the area of work and CLEANED ALL THE CHOKED GUTTERS which he spotted while doing the chimneys. Great job and would certainly employ again.

Our renovation job has been split into parts. First job completed was fitting a radiator to a room that lacked one, everything working great. Second job was to fix cracked external render that was letting water into the house. The house is now dry. Everything was kept neat and tidy during and after work was finished.

Very good turned up in person to give a quote. Excellent work attitude got stuck in and got on with the job always explaining what he was going to do. Kept on top of things keeping everywhere clean and tidy when finishing at the end of each day. Lee turned up when he said he would nothing was too much trouble very polite and well mannered. I would not hesitate to hire Lee again very highly recommended.

Excellent job. The work area was kept tidy and cleaned down each day. Paul is very knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work, producing a quality finish. He gave us daily updates on progress, and encouraged feedback to make sure that any issues could be resolved immediately. However, there were none. Our neighbour had their pointing completed at the same time and they were very happy with the quote and quality of work. I must say that the scaffolding company he uses, were courteous and professional. We have no hesitation in recommending P.R.Building and Maintenance.

The job itself was great. Lads really lovely and very professional and felt I could trust them. Handed over final payment before rendering on the front of garage was completed as I trusted them. Needless to say the job was never completed. Tried contacting and now being ignored. This job was done in sept/oct and as it’s used as a business it looks terrible on walking up the drive. Can’t argue the job inside as they’ve done a fantastic job, if you choose to use this company just hold on to some cash until completion.

Gary was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and arrange a time to come and assess what needed doing and quote for it. Comunication was excellent. He was very efficient and tidy, cleaning up thoroughly after the work was complete. I am very pleased with the brickwork and also an additional job on the gutter which Gary did at the same time. Steve and his crew have been amazing. I set a difficult task for any builder to get part of the work done 2 weeks before Christmas due to how our house purchase shannanigans went. All builders put us off but SFD did not. They powered through with 2 weeks to go, worked up to the 23rd extremely late to give us piece of mind. We sprung a leak through my own stupidity the same night and even at 9pm Steve answered and was back in 20minutes to find and resolve it. They ar back in my home working away, working to a high standard, cleaning up after themselves and always willing to discuss working being carried out. SFD have been on time, polite, corteous and most of all patient and brilliant with my children even when being annoyed. They are transparent,will advise of issues they come across that may have been hidden and try to give you a number of options. They always advise in advance of anything that my add an additional cost and let you decide on action to be taken. I have used my builder on a few occasions and it has to be said, SFD have been a god send and continue to out shine anyone I have used in the past. I would recommended them over anyone anytime and will be using these guys only for additional work I want carried out. If you want reliability, professionalism and quality work just don’t look further!!! Additionally they are passionate about their work and actually give suggestions and house layout improvements you may not consider!!

Great job - from popping along to view job and supply quote. Good comms - arrived on date agreed and stripped down brick work and replaced 2 x lintels and rebuilt all brick work. All rubbish removed and area cleaned. Lovely to meet Andy & Ian - would definitely recommend these guys. Very meticulous in work approach and a pleasure to deal with.

Call out free estimate, polite young man. Checked all my brick work explained and showed me what the problem was. Replaced 10 bricks plus 4 air bricks which i did not have.pointed other parts what needed, he supplied all products for job. Gave a very reasonable price which we agreed. An was happy with. Agreed on a time an was there right on time.didn't hang round or drag job out. Cleaned up an took all old broken bricks away. Would highly reccomend this young man,that I've asked him to come back in 6 months to build me a wall to front of my house.. good luck for the future in your business Daniel am sure it will be a success.. thank you Mary.
