The work was done promptly with any minor snags quickly and satisfactorily addressed. Ivor kindly did a few extras beyond the contracted work and he and Troy cleared up all mess immaculately. I found both very congenial to deal with throughout. I have now asked them to do another job for me. The scope included arranging the scaffolding needed and removing all debris from the site.
