Jake and Harry did an amazing job with our front wall and fence in the rear garden. We got three quotes for the job and they were the cheapest but also came across professionally. It wasn't a straight forward job, it was was using reclaimed materials that were varying size and shapes. I was also quite particular on the look, I wanted the brickwork to match our house, they took care to match the pointing and bricks but offered advice on how we could save money whist still getting the look we wanted. They arrived everyday on time, they were reliable, honest and extremely hardworking. They also kept us in the loop throughout the work making sure we were going to be happy with the end result. I have already recommended them to friends and will use them again for our next project. Thumbs up from us!

I am a bit disappointed with Liams communications. Although, Liam is a good worker and completed my fence work over a weekend initially. But he never returned my call by email or phone or wats app to honour the 3year guarantee he gave for this work. So I had to employ new fencers today 1st February 2018, who had to reinforce and repost Liams work which fell due to recent high winds. This has cost me further for the work which was already under Liams guarantee. I hope that Liam recieves this message and understands responsibility. I'll be only too happy to accommodate any queries.

Gary and Bryn have done a great job on our garage conversion and we are extremely pleased with the work they carried out. They ensured all structural work was completed to an excellent standard and they put in extra hours without complaint and free of charge where aspects of the job were more complex than anticipated. Each day they took care to tidy up after themselves. I received a number of quotes for this work and GB Refurbs’ was by far the most reasonable. All costs were transparent and fixed – there were no hidden extras as there can be with some builders. Aside from the quality of their work, Gary and Bryn are lovely guys and couldn’t do enough for me. While they were here they also carried out a couple of other odd jobs free of charge and without me even having to ask! I’m so impressed at the breadth of skills they have and will definitely use them for future jobs.

Its always been a habit of mine to keep the customer updated each step of the way and make sure they fully understand why each step of the process is necessary. i like to keep pictures of each stage of my work to avoid any confusion with clients, i price my work honestly and i want to see my clients happy. i am more than happy to provide clients with pictures of previous projects i have done if it helps them build trust.

Armando was great to work with start to finish. Polite, punctual, organised and ensured there was no mess throughout the job. Work included removing old pointing, restoring broken and missing bricks and repointing. Excellent finish, the brick work looks brand new and we are very happy. Great service. They turned up for a site survey , gave a competitive price and once bricks arrived they came the day we agreed and began planning /setting out the job, prepared for any issues with our brick lines, talked through any issues with us,then laid 7000 bricks in a week.Great pointing, clean lines, would recommend and will definitely use again.
