I have 9 years of experience working on flat and pitched roofs. An example of flat roof work is EPDM rubber roofing. I have been bricklaying and building for 37 years now, undertaking all aspects of the trade. I am also a gold card CSCS holder, as I was requested to gain the NVQ qualification as well as my previous qualifications, when I worked at Leeds College of Building. I work to a high standard and can undertake, new builds, extensions, garden walls, renovations and restoration work. I have also taught the subject as well as assisted in writing books for students on the trade.
