POSITIVES: - overall, friendly and professional. did an excellent job. - he was responsive, and provided ideas. - having planned it out and fixed a date, he turned up as promised and cracked on. - he had a helper (max) to help get the job within. quicker time than originally quoted. - they both worked hard to get the job done. IMPROVEMENT AREAS: - overall must get better at estimating. - the initial quote was a lot less, and this was then upped by £220 based on under estimates. As they seemed fair I allowed in the end. - his estimates for materials were also WAY off, I have double the materials that were needed (sand, ballast, cement) and these are currently just sitting on the garden and need to be used up. hoping to use up own patio. - did not scrape out mortar left bottom of pond. - tidy up of area and remove rubbish thrown into side of hole

Get in touchIsaac and Cameron are a really good couple of guys. Hardworking, friendly and flexible. Built a big solid retaining wall and some heavy duty paved and blocked garden steps as well as some ground work to clear a large soil sloped area.
