I have worked in the building industry since 1998 for a very reputable building company who are still active today. Since then I have become a multi trade self-employed builder. I completed five new builds including all areas of groundwork, brickwork, plastering, roofing, patios, driveways and basic carpentry. I do use a group of trusted reputable people who are qualified in areas such as electrics and plumbing as works have to be signed off. I’ve also completed works on renovations/extensions.I am familiar with building control and their requirements also structural engineers and their reports/rules and regulations. I am willing to travel within a 40 mile radius depending on my overheads. I currently hold an NVQ level 2 plastering qualification which is my preferred area of work. I have 24 years experience in all areas of the building industry. I am able to provide clients with pictures of work carried out and testimonial statements .Customer care/health and safety comes first.All work is carried out to a very high standard. I respect my clients options on change however, I don’t cut corners and won’t. I respect that some clients live in the property where work is being carried out so respect is paramount at all times.

My first trade is drylining and suspended ceilings we also cover sound proofing rooms I've been doing for the last 20 years, I hold 2 nvq qualifications in that field and I hold an nvq level 2 in plumbing. i use sub contractors for any other work that I can not carry out myself. under the design name I can do any type of building works you require. Please note: we joined 4 years ago but never used the site at all. I’ve just joined back up. Thanks

hello i am a young independent lad who’s just branched off on his own after 5 years working with my dad as a general builder / (handy man) i’m a bricklayer by trade im 21 years old im very reasonable but can also do the other bits and bops like tv brackets, shelves, repointing, jet washing ect.. very dedicated to making sure the jobs done right!
