Latest review:Bricklaying-David is polite, punctual and he has excellent work ethics. I like that he detailed everything, that he took safety seriously for both himself and the customer (me). He has gone above and beyond for us, as I'm sure he does with all his customer's, as he is great at all jobs builder. If you're looking for a builder you can trust then look no further then David Bryen.
A timely job, well executed to what appears to be a very good standard. Friendly & personable guys. A very fair price & work all guaranteed for 5 years.

Bricklayer in MargateI’m an honest hard working skilled bricklayer with over 20yrs experience. I started learning on conservatory bases and patios, then extensions and restoration and structural work, finally building houses and commercial units. I have worked all over the south east but now focus on East Kent. Whilst learning my trade I primarily worked one on one with the builder/bricklayer so he had my undivided attention and could take the time to teach me the right and proper way to do things. During that time I learned out to build, how to use lime mortar, patios, re-pointing and alterations/structural work. This took time to learn and be methodical. I have always preferred to work on smaller projects instead of large sites as I can focus on the job in hand, I have only myself to rely on and I get complete satisfaction knowing a customer is happy with my work. I am and always have been punctual, hard working, considerate, professional and very easy to get on with. If I can help in any way I will and if there’s something I can’t do I’ll say so straight away but will endeavour to solve that problem for you.

Also I am capable of some ground works including drainage, slab laying, block paving , fencing and concrete work. I also have experience in carpentry and can do all first fix work plus 50% of second fix . If I am not able to do certain other works I have many other good, reliable, friendly and qualified tradesmen contacts that I can recommend .
Latest review:Bricklaying-We eventually did not go ahead but in the pre agreement process Darren was excellent with suggestions and solid knowledge. He even ordered material samples on his own initiative. I would have no hesitation in consulting him again in the future.
