A new lick of paint for MyBuilder

After many years helping customers improve their homes with the help of tradespeople like you, we thought it was time for us to do the same - so we’ve given MyBuilder a virtual paint job in time for Spring. In 2004, we took a problem that always existed and tried to improve it: How could customers and tradespeople come together in a better way?
We’ve made some fantastic progress and we’re proud to be one of leading building and home trades marketplaces in the UK, relied on by thousands of tradespeople to access more than 150,000 jobs posted every month.
Tradespeople often tell us that having a reliable way to get jobs they want is their top priority and that has always been the focus of our dedicated team.
In fact, it’s probably why we’ve spent less time working on how we look…until now!
So the time has finally come to give MyBuilder a visual boost, complete with some bold new colours to help us stand out from the crowd.
As well as the new colour scheme we’ve also updated our fonts and made some tweaks to illustrations and icons. We’ve also improved our photography to better reflect the work that you do. Our logo has also had a redesign to make us more visible, particularly on mobile devices where customers increasingly post and manage their jobs.
There are some subtle improvements in terms of accessibility (being able to clearly read and navigate to important information or actions) and our distinctive new branding will mean the advertising we do to attract new customers will be even more effective.
Rest assured, we are still the same great MyBuilder and will continue to focus on what really matters: being the reliable way to get the work you want.
You will be able to see our look from Monday 18th March.
