Heat Loss Calculations if required. I charge on an hourly basis ( Providing Time Sheets accounting for each half hour) at a rate of 68 pounds/hour + travel at half rate. Printing costs for drawing electronic scans and paper copies are passed on at receipt cost. Fully transparent fees with no VAT.

I have over two decades’ worth of experience of working in architect’s offices and as a freelance architectural designer. I have worked on architectural designs for houses, housing, leisure projects, hospitality projects i.e. hotels and restaurants, educational projects, mixed-use and urban design, extensions and loft conversions.
