Has been helpful since the first consultation. Came round to do a quick site survey and chat over ideas etc. Measured up promptly and received the first drawing draft within a week. Have had to make a few alterations to drawings and he has been happy to do so. Has answered the phone when called and always helped even with little questions i have had. Has walked me through some parts of the planning that i did not understand and explained in good lay mans terms. Overall happy doing business with him, and will keep his number and company for future ventures.

Avoid. Sebastian Power the person that visited came across well when he visited but turned out to be not a very nice person to deal with, in fact he was rude in his correspondence. He gave me a quote for the drawings for an extension which I accepted after he indicated this was cheap for his work but after he produced the first draft he then said the specifications would be at an extra cost. When I questioned why he hadn’t mentioned this at the start he got very uptight and then said he did not want to continue with the work. I am now left with draft plans without any measurements which are useless for submission to Building Controls or Planning so in fact a waste of time and money. He also refused to do any alterations even though this was agreed as part of his fees. Overall I would not recommend Rioni Development because he is not transparent with his prices and his customer services is appalling. Be warned.
