I am fully qualified and have a C&G level 3 in site joinery and carpentry and a BSC (Hons) in building surveying. We can do any job from a small extension to a complete refurbishment. We also provide a design and planning service, including drawings that may be required to gain planning permission.

Thomas discussed the project details in advance, provided all information and answered all questions. On the agreed date arrived on time with 3D laser scanner and proceeded with the job step by step, recording everything on the scanner and taking photos of every important feature. Few days later provided a Google Drive link with 3D files, AutoCAD, PDFs and all the photos which I could easily share with architects and builders without any extra work needed on my side. We engaged Gavin for a garage design that was not as straightforward as it seemed, Gavin came to the rescue and very swiftly produced the design in the correct format and submitted it to planning, he is now liaising with the planning department on our behalf. His fees are very competitive and his work is highly professional. We liked his unpretentious manner, he is a good listener and gave us some helpful suggestions. He is punctual, courteous and super speedy with his work and communications. David spend a considerable amount of time making sure we were happy with the plans he drew as well as dealing with difficulties with the planning permission and suggesting solutions. He was also by far the cheapest quote we had for plans but this definitely didn't translate to poor quality.
