He truly showed professionalism that I had struggled as a guest house operator to get from handy people. He would go out of his way to satisfy. The finished redecorated room project was a masterpiece and took a little longer than planned because of the weather but he gave it his all! I am pleased I took a chance on him as there was no review on his profile when I hired him. I would however, pay attention to work and point out issues as they come up otherwise, you will have dirt and rubbish to content with as the workers leave all the mess after work.

A really excellent set up of builders. Peter was great in evaluating the work and what we needed done. Sue was clear in her communication on costs, and then execution of the works by Taras and his team was superb. The extension was built in fantastic time-frame, and the end result is great. The work-ethic of the builders is what really makes them so good. They are on-time every day, and relentless with working hard each day.

My Highest Recommendation. I am absolutely delighted by the amazing service and professional approach Firas had when taking care of my project. His drawings were exact and completed very quickly enabling us to get the project started immediately. He was always available to speak with and if any changes were required, these were implemented quickly and efficiently. He was also able to assist me with planning consent and building regulations, and when required added additional information to the plans to assist the builders. Firas was calling me to follow up on planning and offering assistance if needed. I was extremely impressed by this level of service at this very reasonable price and will be using him again for any future projects. A very friendly and approachable person with many good ideas in designing your project, i cannot recommend him highly enough. Outstanding!!!

Ahmad and the Beam Developers team did an amazing job on my rear extension. We were very particular with our requests and are generally picky people but they were very patient and accommodating to our every request. We were shown the drawings, made adjustments and managed to tailor the project exactly to what we wanted. The finished results were amazing. You NEED Housi on your project, they took the stress out of our renovation!! We would highly recommend! We got in touch with Housi to help with ideas to renovate a new property I was buying. Holly from Housi helped us with architectural and industry advise throughout the process even before starting full design services which helped me understand my budget more and where items from the survey and my design ideas could overlap. As I was trying to limit costs, Housi helped develop a phased approach to the works as well as assessing options to have a self contained rental unit to bring in income to pay for the final works later. Overall, Holly helped us find minimal abortive works whilst trying to maximise value and functionality. As well as design strategy, she helped us submit a licence to alter application as we found out the house was under a covenant agreement, and managed the project through tender also - meeting with builders and getting quotes. Most importantly, she was able to advise us where builders may be overcharging so we could assess the right builders for us. Working with Housi really made a difference to our project by helping us understand the different stages of a renovation. Holly offered so much more advice and reassurance than any previous professionals we had worked with on our last house and even helped us source re-claimed steel as we wanted to be as circular as possible.
