It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. Richard has been absolutely brilliant. We gave him quite a tricky job to try and make the most of a pretty tight space for a new bathroom, and Richard has been fantastic in coming up with a range of innovative solutions. He really knows his stuff, is very professional and easy to work with, and does exactly what he says he will and more, and all done very quickly and to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard and X Design Studio, and in fact we've already asked if he can help us design some other areas of our house. Highly recommended.

I contacted Darren to carry out some installations for some tap and waste pipe fittings and realised his quote was very reasonable. Before the meeting he kept me informed about ETA, and on arrival went straight to work. He was very efficient and prepared the materials so all the jobs can be carried out at together. Once he completed the installations he did another check to ensure there was no leakage and took the time to explain exactly what he had done. He was very polite, friendly and obviously experienced plumber. I'm very happy with his professional service and will not hesitate to use again.

You NEED Housi on your project, they took the stress out of our renovation!! We would highly recommend! We got in touch with Housi to help with ideas to renovate a new property I was buying. Holly from Housi helped us with architectural and industry advise throughout the process even before starting full design services which helped me understand my budget more and where items from the survey and my design ideas could overlap. As I was trying to limit costs, Housi helped develop a phased approach to the works as well as assessing options to have a self contained rental unit to bring in income to pay for the final works later. Overall, Holly helped us find minimal abortive works whilst trying to maximise value and functionality. As well as design strategy, she helped us submit a licence to alter application as we found out the house was under a covenant agreement, and managed the project through tender also - meeting with builders and getting quotes. Most importantly, she was able to advise us where builders may be overcharging so we could assess the right builders for us. Working with Housi really made a difference to our project by helping us understand the different stages of a renovation. Holly offered so much more advice and reassurance than any previous professionals we had worked with on our last house and even helped us source re-claimed steel as we wanted to be as circular as possible.

Very pleased with Bob's work - he came to our flat to fix an anchor to our wall, which required drilling and fitting the anchor. Bob was very communicative throughout the process, and was able to come out and complete the job very quickly once we had got in touch with him. I was particularly impressed with how quickly Bob understood what needed to be done when I explained the job to him, as although it was a small job, it needed someone who could do it properly, and Bob clearly has good experience of handyman/building type work. Bob's price was very reasonable indeed, and we would not hesitate to recommend him. Would definitely use him again.
