I am an ARB and RIBA chartered and conservation registrant architect, with over 10 years of experience and a strong passion for architecture. I developed a greater understanding of planning law and building regulations by working on RIBA stages 0 to 6 for residential renovation, extension, and new build schemes. I have worked across a variety of projects and I have gained technical skills and a deep understanding of the industry; also have experience over the years in commercial projects, Green Belt and international competitions. As a RIBA Conservation Registrant architect, I gained extensive experience working with heritage/listed buildings and conservation areas, as well as dealing with local authorities, residents, and local interest groups. The attraction of architecture for me is in solving complex problems via good design, this means adopting a way of thinking about all aspects of a project, whether it is a large-scale, a small residential house, or the fundamentals of how a building is detailed.
