Haru designed our loft, managed the hiring of the contractor and then handled the project management of the build. He brought a fresh and impressive vision to the project which he backed up with extremely detailed plans and an attention to detail that was second to none. The finished loft is amazing, and we have no doubt that we could not have achieved such an impressive result without Haru. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Amol is a really nice guy. The brief I gave him was pretty specific so we didn't get the chance to see much in the way of his design flair but the drawings were all of excellent quality. After an initial issue with applying for the wrong type of planning permission Amol more than redeemed himself by talking the planners around after they initially turned down my application. Aftercare has also been excellent...we needed to contact him again after a year to get some structural calculations which he supplied quickly and without fuss.

The service received from Sundeep and DCE global was above what I had expected. Sundeep attended my property late on a Sunday evening at short notice on bank holiday weekend to complete structural survey. A fast turnaround also for receiving the report via e-mail. To note- payment was expected up front- a point I was cautious about with no jobs completed- however I have received the service I had expected along with a basic report on the suitability of structural change I had planned- perhaps this could have been a bit better by being sent as a PDF on headed paper, however it should suffice for the purpose I required it for- along with the fact I have never had this type of work done- so this may be standard practice.

Absolute waste of time and energy. Arrange a date and time on multiple occasions and failed to how up and then blocked me. Waste all my time sending docs and travelling to the property (1 hour each way) to meet him. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Full rebuild of a Victorian mews home, including full front elevation, building an extra floor and all associated planning. Chris from Sand Architects was professional from the start, and brought really innovative ideas to the table. He doesn’t come across as your stereotypical architect, but more like talking with a friend who shares your vision. He then goes away and creates designs that are true to what you want, whilst pushing the boat out in ways you gladly take on board. He prepared plans that went through planning successfully, even with the plans going to committee. He helped me create my vision, whilst offering suggestions to both ease construction and create a home for the rest of my life. Outsourcing the process to him was the best decision I made in this project as he kept on top of it, was great with comms, and kept pushing it through planning which took that headache away from me. Needless to say, I’d recommend their services to anyone. Especially if you’re looking for something slightly quirky, but keeping within planning regulations. I was hesitant to hire an architect for this project, but I am very glad I did, and I’m especially happy I hired him.
