The brief we gave was to get change of use on the site and planning for as many units as possible. It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. We were taken through the planning procedures and felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. I am delighted with the final plans and the achievements made by Ackroyd and Assocs. Mark gave us some really sound, in depth advice about the sort of ballpark costs we would be looking at, and the sort of duration we'd expect for our proposed build. He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself... Barry has designed our loft conversion and provided us with an outstanding drawings. He was always available for questions and if anything needed to be changed it was never an issue. He is an excellent architect who has been exceptionally helpful throughout this stressful project.The drawings he has provided were detailed, easy to understand and managed to offer us options to turn the staircase around without having to lose the box room. I have already recommended him to friends and will certainly use his services in the future if needed.

Dom had some great ideas and we’re really happy with the plans he’s drawn up. He looked after all the dealings with the council, which made things very easy for us. Very friendly & professional and clearly takes pride in his work. The drawings were done within a few days of his site visit and all at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Dom to anyone.
