Haru designed our loft, managed the hiring of the contractor and then handled the project management of the build. He brought a fresh and impressive vision to the project which he backed up with extremely detailed plans and an attention to detail that was second to none. The finished loft is amazing, and we have no doubt that we could not have achieved such an impressive result without Haru. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Shiraz is a very experienced Architect. I hired My Architect to work on loft and rear extensions. I had an idea of what I wanted but Shiraz helped me ground it into reality and we ended up coming up with a design that was better than what I had. He was also very responsive and helped me in the process of getting approval for 6-meter rear extension which had been refused before. Shirav is very rounded in architectural work, structural calculation, and the flow of planning and building control. Shiraz was extremely helpful and professional in the early stages, determining the right direction to take my project. Further to this, the design process with Shiraz was an absolute pleasure. Everything is made clear, easy, and stress-free. The Designs were beautiful and any questions or advice I needed were answered quickly and empathetically. I can highly recommend Shiraz for Architect work as he has a broad domain knowledge of the work.

They provided a scheme sympathetic to the style of our property and and have included many cutting edge design features. The result is a job well done, on time and within budget. Omar designed stage 4 plans for my loft extension. He was very helpful and asked lots of great questions in the briefing stage, and then spent time adjusting the previous plans I had for planning permission to get the maximum ceiling height and light. The ceiling height is not something I had thought of but really makes the space. He was also quick to send references and his previous clients were also very positive about their work with him. I would definitely use Omar again. Thank you Omar!

It was a very difficult site with 11 party wall issues, a dangerous structure fronting a public highway. The whole process was dealt with very professionally and successfully. Full rebuild of a Victorian mews home, including full front elevation, building an extra floor and all associated planning. Chris from Sand Architects was professional from the start, and brought really innovative ideas to the table. He doesn’t come across as your stereotypical architect, but more like talking with a friend who shares your vision. He then goes away and creates designs that are true to what you want, whilst pushing the boat out in ways you gladly take on board. He prepared plans that went through planning successfully, even with the plans going to committee. He helped me create my vision, whilst offering suggestions to both ease construction and create a home for the rest of my life. Outsourcing the process to him was the best decision I made in this project as he kept on top of it, was great with comms, and kept pushing it through planning which took that headache away from me. Needless to say, I’d recommend their services to anyone. Especially if you’re looking for something slightly quirky, but keeping within planning regulations. I was hesitant to hire an architect for this project, but I am very glad I did, and I’m especially happy I hired him.

We enlisted the help of Kate from Loud Architects for a bathroom and bedroom renovation in our East London Grade II listed terraced house. We found Kate on MyBuilder.com where we were immediately drawn by her ability to quickly understand our requirements, flexibility to meet with us after work and at our home, and finally how she was able to translate our vision and multiple pinterest boards into achievable building plans. She is a top notch architect but also has fantastic design sense and creativity. Kate is incredibly organized, puts together comprehensive meeting presentations and notes, design updates, precedents, and 'to do lists' for our own research/sourcing needs. She's taken our initial idea of a en-suite and family bath conversion into a bathroom oasis that is beyond our initial imagination. From looking at our saved pinterest items, instagram posts, and houzz boards, she was able to put together a design incredibly in line with our tastes. Her attention to detail blows us away! We would absolutely recommend Kate and Loud Architects for any architectural and design needs. Once we've saved enough we will be using her for our next kitchen renovation project!
