I’ve drawn up and coordinated designs with engineers for building control approval and steel fabrication intent information, as well as applying for local water board build over agreements and completing associated drainage drawings. I have over 15 years of hands-on construction experience, building my first home and renovation many more since, from new builds to rear, side and loft extensions. I’ve maintained my primary profession working on large scale projects ranging from £50-400m for the last 10 years, spending the last 4/5 years managing project consultant teams of up to 100 across multiple disciplines such as; structural engineers, mechanical, electrical & public health (MEP) engineers, cladding engineers, lighting designers, landscape designers, planners.
