I am an Architect with 7 years of Architectural experience and 3 Years post qualification experience. I have done internal layout modifications with a Structural Engineer on hand. All drawings are completed on Revit (BIM Level 1/2) benefit of this will be an additional sell on fee when selling the property. I provide building measured survey to build up the model. However we do offer a more precise and detailed survey which is beneficial if there are future works or planning or even to calculate energy efficiency. I have worked on new build for garage infills, where clients wants to sell off the plot of land with planning. Interior design with Materiality. My works consists of Moet&Chandon, Fenwick and SKP shopping mall. I am still a working profession who enjoys interior design and BIM. I can create 3D visuals, walk through and plans. In fact the old cracked rendering was completely removed and a new base rendering applied. The cracks could have been patched but the problem would have come back. So not the cheapest solution but the work was very professional and to a high standard.

We hired Johan for the project of 2 bed flat remodeling to increase living space. Johan quickly helped us gaining the planning permission for the loft conversion within conservation area. He has excellent knowledge in architectural design and building regulations. He is very creative and full of ideas but as well as good at listening and respect our views. Johan is very strong in technical drawings and has good connections with structural engineers, builders and he project manages everything extremely well. Throughout the project he's always been very responsive and reliable. He explained things to us, answered all the questions and has always been professional and honest. Finally completed our extension after much back and forth. Freedom were good at revising plans and helping us along on our journey. There were a couple of errors in the original measurements which we didn't pick up until shovels went into the ground, but in fairness, they were quick to remediate. They updated them and got the structural engineers to recalculate promptly. Overall, good value and we felt they showed partnership & commitment considering the time it took from planning to completion.
